Need to go through the precision workshop (laser or slow wire), single crystal workshop, strong grinding.[after tool welding, transfer to precision workshop, laser finishing Angle, then transfer to single crystal workshop, single crystal grinding good Angle, transfer to strong grinding finishing Angle (arc).
After welding, transfer to PCD workshop strong grinding machine, strong grinding fine repair edge, this is the finished product (most workshop PCD tools).
Some diamond knives need a single crystal workshop grinding wheel to grind the Angle, and then transfer the strong grinding Angle (blade).
Some diamond cutters require laser or slow wire cutting to finish the diamond and then turn over to a powerful sharpening blade.
Some tools need to go through laser, laser cutting Angle, and then transfer to the single crystal workshop, grinding wheel control Angle.
Customize the diamond width, Angle, material and size of the tool tip.The Arc of The R Angle can be controlled at 0.02-0.05. The common specifications of the chamfering knife are 45°, 75° and 78°. The diamond width is 3.0* 3.0mm.
